Orders

Online orders are requests only until confirmed by Everest Bay staff. We may contact you to confirm availability, timing or delivery. Menu items and prices are subject to change and availability. Images are indicative only.

Payment

Payment is due on pickup or delivery by cash or card. No payment is taken through this website at this time. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Delivery is available within the Jurien Bay area at our discretion. Please provide a complete and accurate address and phone number. If we cannot contact you or deliver, the order may be cancelled.

Bookings

Bookings are subject to table availability and confirmed capacity. Please arrive at your booked time. We may release tables after a reasonable grace period. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Our kitchen handles nuts, shellfish, gluten, soy, egg and other allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please tell us about allergies before ordering; we may not be able to accommodate every request.

Cancellations and refunds

Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Because food is prepared to order, cancellation after preparation may not be possible. Refunds are handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the order or booking affected.
